TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1) ISTCUP International Choral Competition open to both amateur and professional chorus.

2) Chorus may enter the competition in maximum two categories.

3) Chorus may enter the competition in the following categories, with the number of members and the age-limits indicated below:

   RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COMPETITION

1. Competition groups can compate categories which they want.                                                  2. Competition groups can compate maximum two categories.                                                    3. Competition Groups can play and sing which song they want , when they are in their performance place. 
 FOR COMPETITION GROUPS :

Children CHORUS Folk CHORUS Female CHORUS and Male CHORUS
Competitions : minimum 8 minutes, maximum 10 minutes  

Mixed Choirs minimum 10 minutes, maximum 12 minutes.

FOR PERFORMANCE GROUPS :All performance groups  max 10 minute

PERFORMANCES

All chorus shall perform in ISTANBUL different MINUCIPALITY. Competition will be only one day. Historical and touristic tours, shopping, bosphorus boat tour and special activities will be organized not to be as an affect the competition.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Accommodation, meals, entry fee

Joining groups will be taken the programme after they payed their group fee.

We will provide healty service during the 24 hours,but we are not taken any responsibilty about health care payment. People who need this service pay their payment.

Before the competition entrence fee will be payed to bank account number and receipt will send to competition Office by fax or mail.

Entry fees:

Children    CHORUS               250 EUR
Female      CHORUS               250 EUR
Male          CHORUS               250 EUR
Folk           CHORUS               250 EUR
Mixed        CHORUS               250 EUR

 Performance groups will not pay Entry fee.

Accommodation fees:

The Organizing Committee (as an optional) to stay groups in dormitory or hotels and provides 3 meals ( Breakfast, Lunch (pocket meal) and dinner). This service begins by dinner on 20 JULY , 2011, and ends by breakfast on 25 JULY  2011.

Full-board in a  University Dormitory in rooms with 3-4 beds :       125  EUR/person/all Festival time

Full-board in a hotel   in rooms with 2-3  beds :                           175 EUR/person/ all Festival time

Full-board in a 3* hotel   in rooms with Double rooms :                200 EUR/person/ all Festival time

Full-board in a 4* hotel   in rooms with Double rooms :                275 EUR/person/ all Festival time

Transportation: If your group is coming by PLANE, the group will pay their own transfer expenses.Bus serves throughout the festival dates. (Airport transfers, excursions program transfers, transfers to the field performance and competitions). Groups on the first day of the competition shall pay transfer fees. Totally 1600 Euro max 45 people . if group is coming by BUS, the group will not pay.
